Susan Portnoy

Susan Portnoy, Professional Organizer

Susan is a Professional Organizer in Montreal who founded her business "Organized Success" in 1999. As the wife of a very busy physician and a mother of four, Susan understood, very early on, the importance of leading an organized life. A teacher by profession, Susan began by teaching Organizational Workshops at the Ben Weider Community Center. What started as a series of three workshops has now grown to a series of six, given annually in the spring and in the fall. From these courses a need arose.

"It wasn't enough for students to learn about organization in the classroom," claims Susan. "They wanted me to come to their homes and offices and walk them through the steps. My greatest satisfaction comes from watching my clients master the art of becoming organized. I don't do it for them," Susan says. "They learn to do it for themselves!"

Susan has been featured in many newspapers and has been a guest on CBC's "Radio Noon" and CJAD's "Tommy Schnurmacher Show." She has appeared on Global TV's "Pulse News" as well as on the CH Channel's "In Montreal."

Susan has a special relationship with each of her clients and has yet to meet anyone she could not help to be better organized. "Organization is not an end in itself," claims Susan. "It is the key to a much more productive, less stressful life!"

Lois Kaplan

Lois Kaplan, Professional Organizer

Lois joined Organized Success in 2004. She brought with her experience in event planning, real estate and office management. Lois' artistic and creative abilities led to her instant success in the organizing field. As a member of the Professional Organizers of Canada, Lois is intent on keeping up with the latest developments in the organizing profession. She is adept at identifying our clients' needs, and constantly searches for the newest, most economical organizing tools. As Lois manages her own household of five, she continues to develop unique strategies to share with her clients.

Alanna Murphy

Alanna Murphy, Professional Organizer

Alanna is an experienced bilingual Professional Organizer. Her years in the medical sector have prepared her to work effectively with clients challenged by OCD, ADD and hoarding. An essential component of her formula is her ability to work directly with the clients' mental health professionals. More than just teaching organizational skills, Alanna also focuses on teaching life skills.

Alanna also provides services to seniors and their children to help them deal with the stresses of downsizing and moving into a residence. She feels that seniors need assistance with their medical needs and is there to advocate on their behalf. During the transition period, she is able to assist the elderly by arranging for anything they need, maintaining their independent lifestyle.

Jacqueline Rosadiuk

Jacqueline Rosadiuk, Interior Designer/Home Stager

Having joined our team in 2006, Jacqueline's work proves to be an important and very natural part of our organizing and de-stressing process. Her skills and experience as an interior designer, stylist, merchandiser and art consultant, make Jacqueline a valuable asset to our team. Jacqueline specializes in small spaces, color and art for residential as well as commercial clientele.

Jacqueline believes our home forms the basis of our life and the better it looks, feels and functions, the happier, more productive and more relaxed we will be within it. She strives to make our home and office spaces not only comfortable and easy to use, but also beautiful. A newly organized closet, room, house or office sings with the addition of this final touch. Yuval Eldar

Yuval Eldar, Computer Specialist

In 2003 Yuval joined Organized Success, bringing with him over 20 years of computer experience. He helps our clients set up their computer to meet their home and business needs. Being an excellent teacher, he offers easy to understand instruction on how to organize computer files, data, and emails. Yuval finds the right software to keep everyone organized and patiently explains, step by step, exactly how to use this software for finance, photos, recipes, etc.

Elaine Lang

Elaine Lang, Financial Organizer

Elaine has a background in accounting and bookkeeping. She helps individuals and businesses eliminate debt, organize finances, reduce spending and manage money. Elaine creates a personalized plan tailored to your income and lifestyle. Ronit Amsel

Ronit Amsel, Photo Organizer

Ronit has been a Creative Memories consultant since July 2004. She joined our team in the fall of 2005. She has been teaching photo organization as well as scrap booking classes at many community centers in Montreal. Ronit feels that she makes a difference in clients' lives by teaching them to safely preserve their photos, thereby helping them maintain their memories forever.

As a busy mother of three, Ronit understands how easy it is to take many photos. Most photos end up hiding in piles, boxes, drawers, and on computer hard drives. Her system of cataloguing and labeling gets photos into chronological order, accessible for viewing and enjoying. In her creative and artistic way, Ronit has helped many clients transfer photos into beautiful albums.

Andrea Yamplosky

Andrea Yampolsky, Concierge

Andrea started her career in the manufacturing industry as a fabric buyer. She moved on to purchasing for a major Canadian retailer and then for a specialized computer manufacturer. Recently, she worked as an office manager for a speech-language therapy clinic while raising her young children. Life as a working mother was so busy that she quickly realized the need for assistance with daily errands: grocery, gift and clothes shopping, travel arrangements and car maintenance. Andrea offers services to alleviate the stresses of everyday life for the young and old alike, with reliable, flexible, resourceful and creative services.
